Kelly Moffett
When the God of Water enters your Basement, Bow
You make a sound of a window inhaling spring
and illustrate the dimensions of you,
your cheeks full
like wax about its wick, your tongue the wick.
But downstairs the water answers its own stillness.
You hear it now.
